Vintage Mixed Media Landscape Watercolor Ink Outsider Art Wall Hanging House Trees Signed 70s 80s

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage outsider art / mixed media painting done on a heavy stock paper. Circa '70s / '80s. It is framed and matted as can be seen in the photos. Theme: Landscape / Home with Trees. While we cannot clearly make out the signature, the artwork is signed in the lower right-hand corner of the paper (see photos).

Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 26.75" wide x 20.75" tall. The visible artwork alone, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 21" wide x 15" tall.

Condition: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, stains. repairs, etc. The wooden surround frame shows some gentle, light wear from handling over the years, but nothing objectionable in our opinion (see photos). There is a wire hanging mechanism attached to the back side for hanging. There is no glass in the frame.
