RESERVED FOR MONIQUE - Vintage 70s Trees Landscape Oil Painting Modern Art Wall Hanging Signed Whaley
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage trees / landscape oil painting done on artist board. Circa '70s. While we cannot clearly make out the signature, it looks to ready "Whaley" in the lower right-hand corner (see photos).
Measurements: Including the wood surround frame, it measures approx. 32" tall x 25.5" wide.
Condition: Very good condition. There are signs of general light wear that are consistent with age and handling - nothing bad at all... just being mentioned for accuracy. The painting itself is free from having any issues - no rips, holes, tears, stains, bends, repairs, etc. The wood frame surrounding the painting is structurally intact, but does show some signs of light wear, mainly scrapes and scuffs. It needs a new wire for hanging on the back. Being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, please ask them prior to purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. Thanks for looking!

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
