Vintage 70s Greek Ruins Landscape Watercolor Painting Modern Art Wall Hanging Signed
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage greek ruins / landscape watercolor painting on paper. Circa '70s. While we cannot decipher the signature, it is signed in red in the lower right-hand corner of the paper (see photos). Unframed.
Measurements: Approx. 13" tall x 9.25" wide.
Condition: Decent vintage condition, but not perfect. There are some creases in the paper, most of which can be covered up with matting and a frame. There is a small band of cardboard material along the upper edge on the back side - appears the painting was attached to this in the past (see photo). There is some wear along the top edge of the paper (ie. a small tear in the paper - top left, and a crease - top right). Again, if you frame and matte this piece of art, you'll never see the imperfections. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing as all sales are final. Please bid with confidence.

Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
