ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage oil painting on canvas board by Memphis, TN artist, Brad McMillan. Titled "The Seductress", it was done in 1980's. Colors: Multi-color. Style: Abstract. The painting is set within a vintage thin edge metal frame. The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas board. Displays well, and is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 20.25" tall x 30.25" wide.
CONDITION: The painting is in very good condition with no major issues to report - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The colors are vivid with no fading due to sunlight, etc. There are a few small, old moisture marks around the perimeter, but they're very faint and not readily visible unless you are looking for them (see photos). There's also one at the bottom center in the red area (see photo). Being sold "as-is", and "as-described". We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
