Vintage MCM Beige Gold Ceramic Lamp Ribbed Mid Century Modern Lighting 50s 60s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a marvelous vintage ceramic table lamp that dates back to the '60s. Colors: Beige, Gold. The beige areas are very subtle in texture, and the ribbed areas of a shiny gold color, as well as the round base at the bottom of the lamp. There is a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located at the socket for functionality. There are no tags or labels present insofar as we've been able to detect. The lamp does not come with a shade - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own. It's a great lamp that is suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 30.5" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial) x 7.5" wide x 7.5" deep. The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 20.5" high. The bottom of the round base at the bottom of the lamp is approx. 6" in diameter.

CONDITION: Overall the lamp is in very good condition. There are a few spots of gold color loss in the ribbed / striped area, but nothing terribly significant (see photos). They can easily be touched up or just left alone as we did. Aside from that, there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring is in good condition - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. We always recommend having the wiring inspected by licensed electrician prior to long-term use.
