ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage abstract fish ceramic tile wall hanging. Circa '60s. While we are uncertain of who the artist is, it is done in the style of Harris Strong. Colors: Green, Blue, Black. Each of the ten (10) ceramic tiles is arranged that when viewed together, they form the image of an abstract style fish. The tiles are set within a wooden frame (see photos). Unsigned. This wall hanging is suitable for all interior settings. NOTE: Currently the wire hanging mechanism is attached for a vertical display. A new wire mechanism can be added if you wish to display the piece horizontally.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 36.25" tall x 18.25" wide. Each one of the ten ceramic tiles making up the entire image is approx. 6" tall x 6" wide.
CONDITION: Very good condition. The ceramic tiles are free from chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The wood frame shows a few old shallow scratches, but nothing too serious. The frame is structurally solid, and everything displays well (see photos). We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
