ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a set of four (4) vintage vat dyed barkcloth panels. Circa '50s / '60s. Theme: Abstract / Floral. Colors: Multi-color. They are marked in the selvedge (see photos). They aren't pleated at the top - they're just straight, flat panels. There is a lot of great material here to do with as you please. The material is a medium weight barkcloth / cotton (it is not nubby).
MEASUREMENTS: The approx. measurements of each panel are as follows:
Panel #1 - 88" long x 47" wide (2.5" hem at top, 3" hem at bottom)
Panel #2 - 88" long x 47" wide (2.5" hem at top, 2.5" hem at bottom)
Panel #3 - 79" long x 47" wide (8.25" hem at top, 2.5" hem at bottom)
Panel #4 - 79" long x 47" wide (8" hem at top, 2.5" hem at bottom)
CONDITION: The panels have a few small, very faint discoloration marks here and there, but one has to really be looking for them to even be noticed (see photos). The panels have been folded away in storage for years, and have not been cleaned in any manner, so they may or may not come out. There are no rips, holes, tears, runs, repairs, etc. All-in-all, they're in very good condition and display well. The colors are nice and bold; they remain unfaded. They are not lined on the reverse side. They are being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
