Vintage 70s Fiber Optic Table Lamp Glass Chrome Mid Century Modern Lighting MCM

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage fiber optic table lamp. Circa '70s. Materials: Chrome, Smoked Glass, Metal, Fiber Optic Filaments. The lamp takes one standard sized light bulb for the main socket, and one small Christmas style bulb that clamps in on the underside of the base to light up the fiber optic filaments. The lamp has three-way functionality: one twist of the main socket switch lights up the main socket, a second turn lights up only the fiber optic filaments, and a third twist allows them to be lit at the same time. We are uncertain as to the maker of the lamp - there are no labels or tags present. This lamp does not come with a shade - it will be left up to the purchaser to provide their own shade.

MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 32" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial) x 11" wide (glass sphere) x 11" deep (glass sphere). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 21" high. The round chrome base at the very bottom of the lamp is approx. 8.75" in diameter.

CONDITION: The lamp is in very good condition - the glass sphere is free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, scratches, etc. The chrome components are nice and shiny - no pitting, rust, oxidation, dents, dings, scratches, repairs, etc. The lamp is in working order, and displays very well.
