ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a super vintage abstract bull wall hanging by DeGroot for Austin Productions. Circa '60s. Style: Abstract / Brutalist / Cubist. Materials: Plaster. Colors: Black, Gray. Great abstract design, and is multi-dimensional in appearance. This piece is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner, and it is marked Austin Productions, '67 along the edge (see photos). Once in a while the metal table top sculptures appear, but we've NEVER come across this wall hanging version. It's pretty rad, and will make a statement wherever it ends up hanging.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 20" wide x 20" tall x variable depth. This piece is pretty heavy for its size - it weighs in at 11.15 lbs
CONDITION: Very good condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. Very minor surface wear that is consistent with age and handling. While we haven't done anything to clean it, it is pretty clean in its current state. It has been very well cared for by its previous owners. There is a wire hanging mechanism affixed to the reverse side for hanging / display purposes. Displays well, and is ready to be enjoyed in a new home. Being sold "as-is", "as-described".
