ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage double-tiered fiberglass lamp shade. Circa '50s. Color: Beige with random black and gold arc designs throughout (see photos). Unbranded.
MEASUREMENTS: The shade measures 10" tall. The smaller upper tier has a top opening of approx. 12", and it tapers inward down to 8" in diameter. The larger lower tier has a diameter of approx. 16".
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The fiberglass has some very faint, hard-to-see waves in the material. They are not seen when the shade is illuminated, and they are barely seen when not illuminated. They can be finessed out with a little bit of warm water and steam. They didn't bother us, so we just left it alone as it was acquired. The fiberglass is free from rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. It could probably benefit from a gentle cleaning, but does display nicely as it is. The lacing is in fine shape as well.
