ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large framed vintage oil painting done on stretched canvas. Signed: Webber. Circa '60s. Colors: Multi-color. Style: Abstract. Theme: Landscape / Architecture. The painting is framed within a thick border wooden frame. The canvas is signed by the artist towards the lower right-hand corner of the canvas (see photos). There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back, as well as two jagged metal hangers along the top edge of the frame on the back. It's simply a great piece of period artwork that is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 38.25" tall x 38.25" wide x 2" deep.
CONDITION: The painting itself is in excellent condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, punctures, stains, repairs, etc. The frame is also in great cosmetic condition with no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The canvas is a little loose inside the frame, so it can use some better stabilization. The brown paper dust cover lining on the back side needs to be replaced as the old one is more or less gone.
