Vintage MCM LAWRIN Bent Walnut Acrylic Table Lamp Modern Lighting 1970s 3-Way

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage table lamp by Lawrin. Circa '70s. Materials: Walnut Wood Panels, Smoked Acrylic Panels, Chrome Metal Base. The lamp body features alternating bent walnut wood panels and smokey gray acrylic panels that form an encasement for two smaller flickering flame decorative bulbs on the interior of the lamp base. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located at the socket, and it provides for three-way functionality of the lamp - one twist lights the two interior bulbs, a second twist lights just the main bulb, and a third twist lights all three simultaneously. No labels or tags present. It'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own lamp shade. It's a great looking lamp that is suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 33.25" tall x 7" wide (measured at the base) x 7" deep (measured at the base). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 20.75" high. The round chrome metal base at the very bottom of the lamp measures approx. 8.25" in diameter.


CONDITION: Very good, all-original vintage condition. The bent walnut panels are free from chips, cracks, breaks, etc. The smokey acrylic panels have some superficial scratches, but nothing that we'd deem serious or that interferes with the display of the lamp; they are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The metal components shows some light wear, but nothing in the form of dents, rust, oxidation, etc. The electrical wiring looks to be original to the lamp, and it is free from having any issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. As with all vintage lighting, we always suggest having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe.
