ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage round globe wall hanging sconce. Circa '60s. Materials: Hard molded plastic, Metal. The globe shade extends from the wall by a small attachment that connects it to the metal wall plate (see photos). The reverse side of the wall plate has UL labels / stickers on it, but no indication as to the manufacturer. It's a great period fixture that is suitable for both indoor / outdoor use.
MEASUREMENTS: The round white plastic shade measures approx. 11" in diameter. There is an approx. 2.5" extension from the chrome metal wall plate. The wall plate measures approx. 4.5" x 4.5".
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The shade is free from breaks, repairs, holes, burn marks, etc. The chrome metal wall plate has some wear to one of the corners, as well as to the edge (see photos). Nothing too drastic, but being mentioned for accuracy. The electrical wiring looks to be original to the fixture, and it is free from having any issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. Needs to be hardwired into position by an electrician. As with all vintage lighting, we always suggest having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe. Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
