ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage ceramic table lamp. Circa '60s. Materials: Ceramic, Wood. Colors: Brownish. The exterior surface of the base is partially textured, and partially smooth in appearance (see photos). The lamp features a standard on/off rotary knob switch at the socket. The lamp does not appear to have any labels or such - we are uncertain as to the manufacturer. There is also no shade present - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own shade. It's a suitable lamp for any interior setting.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 34.5" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the harp) x 7" wide x 7" deep. The socket measures approx. 28.25" high from the bottom of the lamp. The ceramic portion of the base, excluding the round wooden portion at the bottom of the lamp, measures approx. 24" tall x7" wide x 7" deep. The round wooden base at the very bottom of the lamp measures approx. 7" in diameter.
CONDITION: Overall the lamp is in good vintage condition. There are no structural issues - no chips, cracks, breaks, etc. There is some color loss, mainly on the neck of the lamp (see photos). It appears someone at some point in time tried touching it up, but they didn't do the greatest job. The round wooden base at the bottom also looks like it could benefit from being re-stained (see photos), but it isn't horrible in its current state - it could just look better with a freshen up. The electrical wiring looks to be original, and it is free from having any issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. As with all vintage lighting, we always suggest having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, please message us and we'll respond back to you.
