Vintage MCM Cork Walnut Wood Table Lamp Mid Century Modern Lighting 60s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage wood and cork table lamp. Circa '60s. Materials: Cork, Wood, Walnut. Colors: Brown. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch at the socket for functionality. We are uncertain as to the manufacturer - no tags or labels visibly present. Purchaser to provide their own shade as there currently isn't one. Suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: The lamp measures approx. 33.75" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial) x 5.75" wide x 5.75" deep. The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 24.75" high. Just the cork portion of the base alone measures 11.75" tall x 5.75" wide x 5.75" deep. The round wooden base at the very bottom of the lamp measures approx. 4.25" in diameter.

CONDITION: Very good condition with only minimal traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and it is in nice shape - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As is the case with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe.
