ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage landscape oil painting done on stretched canvas. We are uncertain as to the exact age - it comes from an estate that was entirely '60s - '70s. Colors: Multi-color. The painting is unframed. We could not detect any signatures on the front side of the canvas, but the name "Datz" does appear written on the wood stretcher on the back side (see photos).
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 33.5" tall x 44" wide.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition with no major issues to report - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. It could possibly benefit from a gentle cleaning - we thought it displayed well in its current state, so we just left it alone as it was acquired. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
