ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an original vintage oil painting done on masonite board and framed within a thick vintage wooden frame. Artist: Robert J. Lee. Circa '50s. Colors: Multi-color. Theme: Man with a bird perched on his hand. It's a wonderful piece of art that is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 31" wide x 27.5" tall. The visible artwork, excluding the frame, is approx. 19.5" wide x 15.5" tall.
CONDITION: Very good condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, scratches, stains, repairs, etc. The brown paper lining on the back side of the frame has some tears in it, and should be replaced. It does not affect anything in its current condition. Displays very well, and is ready to be enjoyed. It is being sold "as-is", and "as-described". We encourage questions prior to purchasing, and we will respond back in a timely manner. All sales are final.

Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
