ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era table lamp. Circa '50s. Materials: Milk Glass, Brass, Metal. Colors: White with gold veining. The lamp has an atomic burst accent piece in brass just below the light socket (see photos). The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch located at the socket, and it provides for three-way functionality: one twist lights the small decorative bulb that clips in to the underside of the lamp, a second twist lights the main socket bulb, and a third twist allows them both to be lit at the same time. We are uncertain as to the maker - there are no labels or tags present. It will be left up to the purchaser to provide their own shade is there currently isn't one. It's a great period lamp that is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 20.25" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the socket) x 5" wide x 5" deep. The round brass metal base at the bottom of the lamp is approx. 6" in diameter.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition - there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. to the glass. Much of the gold veining has worn off over time (see photos). The round brass base at the bottom of the lamp shows some spotty discoloration / tarnishing from age. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always suggest having a licensed professional inspect the wiring prior to long-term use, just to be safe. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, please message us and we'll respond back to you.
