ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare, and probably one of the coolest fiberglass lamp shades that we've run across in a good long time. Circa '50s. Theme: Abstract Giraffe Silhouettes and Swirls. Colors: Candy apple green shade with red, black and gold painted designs around the entire shade (see photos). This shade is of the clip-on variety - it clips directly onto the light bulb. Uncertain of the maker - no labels or tags present. In all of our years of collecting, we've never came across another and would probably be hard-pressed to find another.
MEASUREMENTS: The shade measures approx. 6.5" tall. The top opening is approx. 6.5" wide x 6.5" deep, while the bottom opening is approx. 9" wide x 7.5" deep.
CONDITION: Very good condition - no rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, burn marks, etc. The colors are nice and vibrant throughout (see photos). Displays beautifully, and is ready to be enjoyed. We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
