ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an original vintage oil painting done on masonite board. Circa '70s. Theme: Treescape / Landscape. Colors: Multi-color. The painting is simply signed "Harry" by the artist in the lower right-hand corner (see photos). The painting is set within a black painted wooden frame. It's a nice piece of original art that will complement any interior setting.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 31" wide x 21" tall.
CONDITION: Good, all-original condition. The painting shows some small paint splatter marks from when it was originally done (see photos). Aside from that, just light wear that is consistent with age and handling - not breaks, repairs, etc. The frame is structurally solid, but it does have some scrapes and scratches around the perimeter. Also, there appears to be what looks like two small drill holes on the front surface on either side - the can easily be filled in and painted over - we just left them as acquired. The frame does need a new wire hanging mechanism for the back as there presently isn't one in place. Displays very well, and is ready to be enjoyed. It is being sold "as-is", and "as-described". We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
