Vintage 60s MCM White Metal Wood Floor Lamp w/ Shade Mid Century Modern Lighting

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage floor lamp with its original accompanying shade. Circa '60s. The base is a white metal, and it has three sockets. Beneath the sockets are wood accent balls, and there is matching wooden accent ball that is used as the finial, and a half of a wooden accent ball down by the round metal base (see photos). The shade appears to be a woven reeded or wicker-like material (again, please see photos). The lamp operates with three (3) standard sized light bulbs. There is an on/off rotary knob switch which provides for three-way functionality: one twist lights up on socket, a second twist illuminates the remaining two sockets independent of the first, and a final third twist illuminates all three sockets simultaneously. We are uncertain as to the maker - there are no labels or tags present. It's a great looking lamp that'll look fantastic in any setting.

MEASUREMENTS: With the round reeded lamp shade attached, the lamp stands approx. 59" tall (measured to the top of the shade). The wood ball finial at the top measures approx. 1.75" round. The shade measures approx. 13" tall x 17" in diameter. The three light sockets are approx. 47" high from the round metal base, and they are approx. 9.5" apart from each other. The round white metal base at the very bottom of the lamp is approx. 9.5" in diameter. Each of the three wooden accent balls just beneath the light sockets are approx.1.5" round.

CONDITION: The lamp is in very good condition for its age. The round metal base shows some paint loss and a small, shallow dimple (see photos) - it can easily be repainted or just left alone - it didn't bother us, so we decided to keep it in its original condition as it was acquired. Aside from that, the base is free from dents, dings, breaks, rust, oxidation, etc. It could probably benefit from a gentle cleaning, but that's about all. The shade is in nice shape as well, with no issues to report. Everything appears to be working as it should. The electrical wiring is in good shape with no issues to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the wiring inspected by a licensed electrician prior to long-term use. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described".
