Vintage MCM 50s Marble Wood Lamps Fiberglass Shades Mid Century Modern Atomic

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a stellar set of vintage lamps from the 1950s. The bases are constructed of marble stone, and each has a wood accent neck. The fiberglass shades are clip-on in designed, and cone-shaped in appearance. They are beige in color with gold and white starburst patterns randomly throughout on the exterior surfaces. Each lamp has a standard on/off toggle switch for functionality at the socket. We are uncertain as to the maker - neither lamp is signed and there are no tags present. They simply great, and will make a nice addition to any interior setting.

MEASUREMENTS: With the shades attached, each lamp stands approx. 19" tall x 6" wide x 6" deep. The distance from the bottom of the marble stone base to the light socket on each is approx.10.25" high. The fiberglass shades each measure approx. 11" tall, with the top opening diameter being approx. 4.5", and the bottom opening diameter being approx. 6". From the bottom of the rounded marble base to the top of the wood neck accent they measure approx. 6.5" tall. The diameter of the bottom of the rounded marble bases are approx. 4" in diameter.

CONDITION: Both lamps are in very good, all-original condition. The marble stone bases are free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The wooden necks are also in great shape - no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The fiberglass shades are in great shape as well - one is ever so slightly darker than the other, but it doesn't affect anything - there are no burns, rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring is in good shape with no issues to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The wiring is a different color on each lamp which leads us to believe they were both rewired at different points in time by a previous owner. The lamps are both in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the wiring inspected by a licensed electrician prior to long-term use. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described".
