ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing vintage googie style coffee table. Circa '50s. The table features a large boomerang-shaped table top surface that has no attachment points - it was designed to be free-floating (see photos). We never seen one of these before, so we're uncertain as to who designed / manufactured it - could be a custom piece. It's a great table that'll look sweet in any modern or atomic-themed interior setting.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be listing a matching end table as well, presumably by the same company / designer, as they came from the same estate.
MEASUREMENTS: The table stands approx. 7.5" tall (with the shelf resting on the iron framework) x 61" wide x 29" deep. The boomerang wooden shelf measures approx. 50" wide x 28" deep.
CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The top surfaces of the shelf has some faint, superficial scratch marks from use (see photos), and a little bit of light edge wear to the wood. A little black polish will get rid of them quite easily. It didn't bother us, so we just left it alone. The metal framework of the table is in great shape - no dents, dings, breaks, repairs, etc. It is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - please ask any questions that you may have, and we will respond back to you in timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING IS NOT $1. THIS LISTING IS FOR LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. BUYER CAN ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING AND PAYMENT OF A TRANSPORT COMPANY, AND WE'LL BE HAPPY TO HELP COORDINATE THE PROCESS.
