ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rather cool vintage abstract / industrial charcoal illustration / drawing on paper by Illinois artist, Aden J. Lauchner. Circa '50s. Colors: Black, White, Gray. The artwork is signed on the paper towards the lower left-hand side (see photos). There is old matting surrounding the artwork, but it is unframed. It's a great piece of original art that is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the matting, approx. 24" wide x 18.75" tall. The visible paper, excluding the matting, measures approx. 15" wide x 11.75" tall.
CONDITION: Very good condition - there are no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. There are a few very small dot marks on the illustration (see photo), but nothing that interferes with its presentation. The matting surrounding the artwork also shows some faint discoloration marks as well. Displays nicely, as is ready to be enjoyed in a new setting.
