ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage handmade decorative stoneware / ceramic vase. Circa '70s / '80s. Colors: Beige, Brown. The vase is unique in that it has four evenly spaced, slightly raised, fin-shaped projections emanating from the surface (see photos). While we cannot clearly decipher the mark, it appears this piece is signed with the artist's initials on the underside of the base (again, see photos). It'll make a great addition to any pottery collection, and is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 11.25" tall x 8" wide x 8" deep. The round top opening measures approx. 4" in diameter. The vase weighs approx. 7.64 lbs.
CONDITION: Very good condition. There is a crack on the underside of the base that is not damage - it appears to have formed when the vase was created during the firing process (see photo). As a result of this, the vase does not retain water or liquids - we'd suggest dry flowers in it or just display it as it is. Aside from that, there are no chips, breaks, repairs, scratches, etc. It displays nicely, and is ready to be enjoyed!
