ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a set of four (4) vintage Superleggera dining chairs attributed to Gio Ponti (Italy). Circa '70s. Materials: Chrome with woven black vinyl cord for the seat material.
MEASUREMENTS: The seat height is approx. 17.5" high x 15.75" deep x 16" wide (front) x 14.5" wide (back). The seat back height is approx. 32" high.
CONDITION: Decent vintage condition, but not perfect. The chrome framework of each of the chairs is in very good condition - they just need a gentle cleaning - there's no rust, oxidation, dents, dings, repairs, etc. The woven material on each of the seats has been compromised along the front and back edge attachment points, but not the sides. Despite this flaw on each of the chairs, they are still able to support the weight of a person, but we'd recommend having them redone in some fashion or another. The chairs could benefit from a gentle cleaning and/or polishing - we just left them in the condition as acquired. For this reason, the chairs are being sold "as-is and "as-described".
PLEASE NOTE: We'd like to limit this listing to local pick-up; however, we are not opposed to shipping them, but it will obviously be costly due to their size. Please inquire prior to purchasing. Alternately, if you are within 50 miles of Downtown St. Louis, we can arrange a door-to-door delivery for a nominal fee. If you have a freight company that you'd like to use, we can also work with you on coordinating the process.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
