Vintage MCM 1950s Pink White Ceramic Atomic Lamp Mid Century Modern Lighting

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era ceramic and brass metal table lamp. Circa '50s. The base features a large, round ceramic component - it is an opalescent pink color with clusters of white spotting (see photos). The lamp also features various brass accent piece between the light socket and the pink ceramic component. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch at the socket for functionality. We are uncertain as to the maker - there are no labels or tags present. It will be left up to the purchaser to provide their own shade as there presently isn't one. It's a great lamp that is suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: The lamp base stands approx. 25.75" tall (to the finial) x 6" wide x 6" deep. It is approx. 18.25" high from the bottom of the base to the light socket. The round pink ceramic sphere measures approx. 3.5" tall x 6" wide x 6" deep. The round brass metal base at the very bottom of the lamp measures approx. 5.5" in diameter.

CONDITION: The lamp is in very good condition. The ceramic is free from chips, cracks, scratches, breaks, etc. It could use a delicate cleaning, but does display nicely in its current state. The brass components are in nice shape - minimal wear that comes with age, but nothing bad - no dents, dings, breaks, rust, etc. There is minimal tarnishing and patination that comes with age (see photos). The electrical wiring and socket are free from having any problems - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas on the wire, etc. We always strongly recommend having a licensed professional check the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition as it is.
