Modern Pop Art Cactus Floor Lamp Pink Green Cardboard Wood Window Display OOAK Local Pick-Up Only

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a one-of-a-kind contemporary pop-art cactus floor lamp. This was used as part of a widow treatment in a Nordstrom's Department Store. Materials: Cardboard, Wood, Plastic Film. Colors: Pink, Green. The body of the cactus is primarily heavy duty cardboard construction with wood. Each of the round cut outs on the arms has a thin white plastic gel / film that is meant to conceal the bulbs. The lamp does not have an on/off switch - you simply plug it in, and it lights up.

MEASUREMENTS: This lamp is extremely large! It measures approx. 72.5" tall x 42" wide x 30.5" deep (at the base). The central column of the cactus is approx. 12" in diameter, while the two smaller arm branches that are connected to it are approx. 9" in diameter.

CONDITION: Good condition with some surface wear from use. First off, while it displays nicely, we think it could use a fresh coat of paint. The paint looks to have been applied thin in some areas, while in other areas it was applied with a normal coat where you don't really see brush strokes (see photos). Next, there is a little paint loss where the two side arms of the cactus join to the central stem (see photos). Again, not that big of a deal - just mentioning for accuracy. The green base has a few dents in the material, mainly towards the back - doesn't affect anything, and they are stable (see photos). A few of the white plastic gels/film inserts at the cut outs have become loose from the inside, so they'll need to be attached. Last mention, there are minor scuffs here and there from moving the fixture around from spot to spot, but again, these can very easily be touched up with a little paint so they won't be visible. The electrical wiring is free from issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas on the wire, etc. We always strongly recommend having a licensed professional check the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. This lamp is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, we encourage you to ask them prior to purchase, and we usually can respond back to you within a short amount of time.
