Modern Pop Art Floor Lamp Tripod Mobile Window Display Contemporary OOAK

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a one-of-a-kind contemporary pop-art tripod / mobile floor lamp. This was used as part of a widow treatment in a Nordstrom's Department Store. Materials: Wood, Metal (Steel). Colors: Pink, Blue, Red, Yellow, Black. The lamp consists of two wooden boomerang shapes, one pink and the other blue. These two piece lock into the place, and then the steel tube which contains the electrical wiring intersects the two, thus forming a tripod. The shade is meant to just hang by the electrical wiring from the top of the steel tube. The shade is black with large yellow polka dots, and the top dome is a blue color. The inside of the shade is red, and there is a large opaque plastic globe on the inside containing the light bulb. There is no on/off switch for this lamp - you just simply plug it in, and it turns on.

MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 69.75" tall. The distance between the two front legs is approx. 33". The distance between the pink wooden leg and the steel cylinder is approx. 40", and the distance between the blue wooden leg and steel cylinder is approx. 52". The dome shade is approx. 13.5" tall x 16" in diameter. The pink leg is approx. 36" long x 1" thick, and the blue leg is approx. 47.5" long x 1" thick.

CONDITION: Good condition with some surface wear from use. There are areas where there is some paint wear (ie. top of the shade in the blue area), and some areas where the paint wasn't applied thick enough. This can easily be touched up or left alone. There is also a little bit of wear to the paint where the two pieces of wood connect and lock into place (see photos). In that same area, there is a little bit of wear to the wood in the pink section (see photos) - nothing all that bad, but we wanted to mention it for accuracy. It's basically from assembling and disassembling the lamp. Aside from that, just some normal light scuffs here and there from the fixture being moved around. The electrical wiring is free from issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas on the wire, etc. We always strongly recommend having a licensed professional check the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. This lamp is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, we encourage you to ask them prior to purchase, and we usually can respond back to you within a short amount of time.
