ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing and unique, one-of-a-kind groovy vintage tile mosaic wall hanging. Circa '60s / '70s. The piece is unsigned, but we were told by the original owner the artist went by the name of "Knickie". The mosaic was gifted to his family by the artist, so it's only had one owner. Theme: Abstract faces, birds and flowers. Colors: Multi-color. Materials: Mosaic Tiles, Wood Backboard, Metal Banding. Suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 39.75" tall x 26.25" wide x 1.25" thick. We have not weighed this piece, but it is pretty heavy - probably around 40 - 50 lbs.
CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. There are no tiles missing - it is complete. It could possibly benefit from a gentle cleaning. We felt it displays nicely in its current state, so we have not done anything in an attempt to clean it. There is a wire hanging mechanism on the reverse side for hanging. It displays beautifully, and is ready to be enjoyed!
