ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage atomic era / industrial lamp. Circa '50s. The lamp is constructed of metal. The shade at the top is dome-shaped, and is matte black in color. The lamp features three equal sized black metal discs stacked one atop the other just above the brass metal base (see photos). There is a rotary knob switch used for functionality on the base between the shade and discs. We are uncertain as to the maker - there are no tags or labels visibly present.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 9.25" tall. x 8.25" wide x 8.25" deep. The round metal black matte dome shade is approx. 8.25" in diameter. The diameter measured at the bottom of the brass metal base is approx. 5.5" in diameter.
CONDITION: Very good condition - there are no dents, dings, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. - just a little dust. The rounded brass base at the bottom of the lamp is free from rust, oxidation, corrosion, etc. The electrical wiring is in good shape with no issues to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. It's in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always encourage the buyer to have a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use. This lamp is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, we do encourage you to ask them before purchasing, and we will respond back to you in a timely manner. All sales are final. Please bid with confidence.
