ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an amazing and quite colorful vintage abstract oil painting on stretched canvas by artist, M. Marigonda. Circa '50s / '60s. Theme: Abstract Shapes. Colors: Multi-color. The painting is housed within a gold tone wooden frame. It is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas (see photo). There is a wire hanging mechanism on the back side of the frame for hanging / display purposes.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, it measures approx. 41.25" tall x 29.5" wide.
CONDITION: Very good condition. The canvas is free from having any rips, holes, tears, blemishes, creases, scratches, fading, etc. The frame is in very good shape as well. There is one area off to the right side where it looks like some residual paint may have gotten onto it - it may come off with a gentle cleaning - we just left it alone (see photos). Displays very well and is ready to be enjoyed.
