Vintage MCM PRESCOLITE Ceiling Light Swag Pendant Cylindrical Glass Shades 60s Mid Century Modern

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage PRESCOLITE ceiling light fixture. Circa '60s. Materials: Glass, Metal. Colors: Orange, Green and Blue. The fixture consists of three cylindrical glass shades - one orange, one green and one blue. The fixtures hang by their electrical cords from a round white metal ceiling canopy. Each of the glass shades is held in place by a wire metal fitting that rests on the inside of the shade, and the fitting has a channel through which the electrical cord fits snuggly into place. Each of the electrical cords has a wire clip attached to it which allows for one to adjust the desired hanging length of each cord (see photos). There are no labels attached to the fixture, but it is 100% a PRESCOLITE fixture. It's super cool, and suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: Each of the glass shades measures approx. 12.75" tall x 4.5" in diameter. The electrical cord length for each of the fixtures is slightly over 25" long. The white metal ceiling canopy measures approx. 14.25" in diameter.

CONDITION: Very good condition - it's been very well cared for by its previous owners. The glass shades are in excellent shapes - no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The color of each shade is sharp. The white ceiling canopy is free from dents, dings, scratches, repairs, etc. There is some faint discoloration on the visible side of the panel, but nothing that we'd deem objectionable. The fixture is in 100% working order - it just needs to be hardwired into place by a licensed electrician. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having the wiring inspected by a licensed electrician prior to long-term use.
