ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a pair of unusual plaster table lamps that were manufactured by Harris Lamps. Circa '80s. Materials: Plaster. Colors: Beige, Mauve, Gray. The lamp shapes are very unusual, with the central focal point on each lamp being a smooth sphere. Not only are the bases unique in shape, but they are textured throughout as well (see photos). Both lamps have a rotary knob switch located at the socket for functionality. There are no shades present - it'll be up to the purchaser to provide their own shades. While unsigned, one of the lamps still has its original paper hang which will be included (see photos).
MEASUREMENTS: Each lamp stands approx. 29.25" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the finial) x 8.25" wide x 7" deep. The distance to the light socket from the bottom of the base is approx. 22.5" high.
CONDITION: Both lamps are in very good condition. One lamp has a small spot on the side of the base where there is some color loss (see photo) - it can very easily be touched up, or just left alone; it did not bother us, so we just left it as it was acquired. There are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The lamps could use a gentle cleaning, but they do display nicely as they are. The electrical wiring appears doesn't appear to have any issues - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The lamps are both in 100% working order! As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the lamps being fragile, each will have to ship it its own parcel to avoid any possibility of them getting damaged.
