ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage figural / landscape oil painting done on artist board by artist, Henry Chapin. We're not sure of the exact age, but it was purchased from a '60s estate. The painting depicts what looks like a fisherman walking with a bucket to a house structure. Colors: Multi-color. The painting is signed by the artist in the lower right-hand corner of the canvas board. It is framed within a vintage wooden frame.
MEASUREMENTS: Including the frame, approx. 16.25" tall x 13.25" wide. The sight is 11.5" tall x 8.5" wide.
CONDITION: Very good condition - the painting is free from damage - no rips, holes, tears, creases, stains, repairs, etc. The frame has minor surface wear commensurate with age and handling. It could benefit from a gentle cleaning, which we'll leave for the purchaser to handle. There is a make-shift wire hanging mechanism on the back for quick and easy hanging purposes. Displays well, and is ready for a new home.

We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment.
