Vintage MCM Yellow ROTOFLEX Hanging Light Swag Mid Century Modern Lighting 1960s E

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an original vintage ROTOFLEX cylindrical ceiling light fixture. This fixture was saved from a rollerskating rink in St. Louis that was undergoing some updating renovations. Circa '60s. Color: Yellow. The shade is ribbed all the way around. It is attached to the light socket and held in place by three threaded cylindrical rods. The fixture still retains its original UL label which is attached to the inside of the round metal ceiling canopy (see photos). NOTE: We have five additional fixtures in different colors - please see our listings.

MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 13" tall x 6.25" in diameter. The round metal ceiling canopy measures approx. 5" in diameter, and the electrical wire drop is approx. 8".

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The inside of the shade shows some light surface wear that is consistent with age and use, but nothing that we'd deem objectionable. Said wear is not seen from the outside whether the fixture is illuminated or off. There are no chips, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and it is in good shape with no issues to report. All-in-all, it's a great fixture that displays well, and it's ready for use - just needs to be hardwired into position by a licensed electrician. It is in 100% fully-functioning, working order.
