ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a nice vintage wood and brass atomic era table lamp. Circa '50s / '60s. Consists of three wooden accent pieces, all identical in appearance and equally spaced apart, that are attached to a central brass column. These give the lamp a nice atomic feel. The lamp has a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located by the socket for functionality. We are uncertain as to the maker of the lamp - there are no labels, tags, or signatures present. There is no shade with the lamp - it'll be left up to the purchaser to provide their own. It's a great lamp that is suitable for all interior settings.
MEASUREMENTS: The lamp stands approx. 31 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the harp) x 7" wide x 7" deep. The distance measured from the bottom of the round wooden base to the light socket is approx. 24" high. Each of wooden accent pieces measure approx. 15" tall. The maximum distance between each of these accent pieces is approx. 5.5". The round wooden base at the bottom of the lamp is 7" in diameter.
CONDITION: Very good condition. There is a thin scratch mark on one of the wooden accent pieces towards the top - it isn't a crack as it doesn't go through to the other side (see photos); it is completely stable, and doesn't affect anything - we're only pointing it out for accuracy. There are no breaks, repairs, chips, etc. The brass is in nice shape with no issues to report; it shows gentle patination from age (see photos). The electrical wiring appears to be original to the lamp, and it's in very good shape - no frays, splits, exposed and/or brittle areas. The lamps have been tested, and they are in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having the wiring inspected by a licensed electrician prior to long-term use.
