Vintage MCM REMBRANDT Lamps Brass Metal Disc Mid Century Modern Lighting 50s 60s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a pair of vintage table lamps that were manufactured by REMBRANDT. Circa '50s / '60s. Materials: Brass, Metal. Each lamp features two rounded black metal discs which are surrounded by spiraling brass metal (see photos). The lamps each still have their original REMBRANDT labels attached to the brass metal cups that surround the light sockets (see photos). Each lamp is equipped with a rotary knob switch for functionality. The lamps do not come with shades - it'll be left up top the purchaser to provide their own. They're great lamps that are suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: Each lamp measures approx. 22.5" tall (measured from the bottom of the round metal base to the top of the brass cup surrounding the light socket). The round metal base at the very bottom of each lamp measures approx. 6.25" in diameter.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. The brass shows some signs of patination from age. The rounded black metal discs show some paint loss around the edges, but nothing major (see photos) - it can easily be touched up, or just left alone; we choose to leave it in the condition in which they were acquired. There are no dents, dings, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring looks to have been replaced at one point in time, and it's in very good condition - no splits, frays, exposed or brittle areas. The lamps are in fully-functioning, working order. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having the wiring inspected by a licensed professional prior to long-term use.
