Large Vintage MCM Sculptural PETER PEPPER Wire Metal Bottles Wood Wall Hanging 1960s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fantastic sculptural wall hanging the was manufactured by Peter Pepper Products of California. Circa '60s. Features three wire overlapping wire metal bottles mounted atop a beautiful wood backboard. The bottles are separated from the board by spacers which give them a floating appearance, and as can be seen from the accompanying photos, they cast really nice shadows. The original PPP sticker label is long gone from the back side, but it's definitely a Peter Pepper wall hanging. There is an old wire hanging mechanism attached to the back - while stable, we'd probably recommend replacing it.

MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 45" tall x 20" wide. From left to right, the individual bottles measure as follows: 18" tall x 5.75" wide, 30" tall x 4.75" wide, and 8" tall x 8.25" wide. The spacers project the bottles approx 2" forward from the wood panel behind them.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The wood is free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The wire bottle are also in nice shape. They show mild surface wear, but nothing bad at all. We have not attempted to clean or polish this piece in any manner as we felt it displays really well in its current state. It is being presented for sale in the exact condition in which it was acquired. Being sold "as-is", and "as-described".
