Vintage MCM Abstract Painting Modern Art Wall Hanging Mid Century Signed 1960s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage abstract shapes oil painting done on stretched canvas and framed within a simple wooden frame. Circa '60s. Colors: Multi-color (see photos). While we cannot clearly decipher the artist's signature, the painting is signed on the lower right-hand corner of the canvas (see photo). Displays well, and is suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: Including the wooden frame, approx. 31.25" wide x 31.25" tall.

CONDITION: Good vintage condition. There are some cosmetic mentions....First off, there is craquelure throughout (see photos). When displayed on a wall, it isn't particularly noticeable, especially when viewed from a distance. Next, there is an approximate 1" patched repair to the canvas (see photos of both back and front). The previous owner color matched the front side such that it is camouflaged pretty well, and isn't readily detectable unless one is looking for it. Aside from that, the artwork is nice and displays well. The wooden frame show age related wear and color loss, but is structurally stable. There is a wire hanging mechanism positioned along the back for easy hanging / display purposes.
