Vintage MCM 60s IMPERIALITE 5-Arm Ceiling Fixture Lighting Lamp Mid Century Modern Wood Brass Metal Glass

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale an awesome vintage five-arm hanging ceiling light fixture that was manufactured by Imperialite. Circa '60s. The fixture features five radiating wooden arms that stem from a central wooden cylinder that has brass accents. Each arm ends in a saucer-shaped shade that is constructed of a malleable metal, in which a textured clear glass lens rests inside at the bottom of each (see photos). The fixture still retains its original labels inside the brass ceiling canopy (again, see attached photos). It's a great ceiling fixture that is suitable for all interior settings.

MEASUREMENTS: Approx. 9" tall x 23" wide x 23" deep. Each of the shades measures approx. 4.5" tall x 7" wide x 7" deep.

CONDITION: Very good condition. The wood components of the fixture are in great shape - no chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The metal shades are also in great shape - a few tiny spots along the edge rim where there is paint missing, but negligible. There is no rust, oxidation, dents, dings, scratches, repairs, etc. The five glass lenses at the bottom of each of the shades are also in great shape - no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring appears to be original with no issues to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The fixture will need to be hard-wired into place. As is the case with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use.
