ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage ceramic table lamp with its original round fiberglass shade. Circa '50s. Materials: Ceramic, Fiberglass. The base is black and white in color, and has gold accents throughout (see photos). The shade is beige in color, and it has overlapping gold and white designs painted along the surface (again, see photos). The lamp has a standard on/off toggle switch located at the socket for functionality. We are not 100% who manufactured the lamp as it does not appear to be signed, but it looks like it may have been manufactured by Deena China.
MEASUREMENTS: With the fiberglass shade attached, the lamp stands approx. 24" tall x 16" wide x 16" deep. The shade alone measures 8.25" tall x 16" wide x 16" deep. The ceramic base alone measures approx. 14" tall x 6" wide x 6" deep. The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 17" high.
CONDITION: The lamp is in great condition. The ceramic is free from chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, fading, etc. The fiberglass shade is in wonderful shape - no rips, holes, tears, burns stains, repairs, etc. The lacing appears to be original to the shade, and it is intact. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and it is in very good shape - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. The lamp is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - if you have questions, we encourage you to ask them prior to purchase, and we usually can respond back to you within a short amount of time.
