Vintage MCM BOSTLUND Ceramic Art Pottery Lamp Mid Century Modern Lighting 70s

ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage ceramic art pottery table lamp with its original accompanying shade. Designed by Bostlund. Circa '70s. The ceramic is finished in a muted plum-brown volcanic glaze with subtle speckling and soft matte texture. The shade is conical in shape - the interior of which is a fiberglass or hard plastic, while the outside surface is covered in a fiber material (see photo). The lamp still retains its original label on the outside of the socket cup (again, see photos).

MEASUREMENTS: With the shade attached, the lamp stands approx. 23" tall x 10.75" wide x 10.75" deep. The pottery base measures approx. 10.5" tall x 7.75" in diameter. The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 14.5" high. The conical shade measures approx. 12.25" tall x 6" in diameter (top) x 10.75" (bottom).

CONDITION: Excellent condition. The ceramic base is free from chips, cracks, breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The shade is free from having any issues as well. The electrical wiring is in good shape with no issues to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas.
