ITEM: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage triple pendant hanging ceiling light fixture manufactured by VIRDEN during the late '50s. Materials: Brass, Metal, Glass. Each of the three conical shades is pierced, which allows light to shine out. On each shade, directly surrounding the light socket on the inside of the shade, is an attached milk glass shade (see photos). The fixture still retains its original VIRDEN sticker label on the inside of the ceiling canopy (see photo).
MEASUREMENTS: When hanging, the entire fixture measures approx. 42" high (measured from the ceiling canopy to the bottom of each fixture) x 23" wide x 23" deep. Each conical shade measures approx. 12" tall x 10" in diameter (bottom opening). The brass metal spacer keeps each of the shades approx. 13" apart from each other. The wire drop from the ceiling canopy to each shade is approx. 29" long.
CONDITION: Very good condition - mild, light surface wear, but that's about all - no dents, dings, rust, oxidation, color loss, etc. The wiring appears to be original, and is in fine shape with no issues to report. The glass portions of each shade are free from chips, cracks, breaks, breaks, etc. - everything is intact. The electrical wiring appears to be original, and there are no problems to report - no frays, splits, exposed or brittle areas. The fixture functions properly - it just needs to be hardwired into position. It is being sold "as-is", and "as-described" - please ask any questions that you may have, and we will respond back to you in timely manner.
