Vintage 70s Studio One Dick Tracy Reverse Painted 3-D Shadow Box Nostalgia Detective Comic
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a rare vintage 3-D nostalgia DICK TRACY three-dimensional shadow box wall hanging by Studio One. Character created by Chester Gould. Dated 1974. Image of Dick Tracy is reverse painted in color on the front panel of glass, while the background features a comic strip. Still retains the original Studio One label on the reverse side (see photo).
Measurements: Approx. 14.25" wide x 18.25" tall.
Condition: Good vintage condition. There are a few very light spots on the comic strip background. They are hardly noticeable, unless you are looking for them. They are solely being mentioned for accuracy (see photos). The image of Dick Tracy painted on the glass is in great shape with no problems to report. The chrome frame shows some tarnishing along the top and bottom edges (see photos). Aside from that, there are no chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. It displays very well and is ready for a new home!
