Large Vintage Ted Kautzky Framed Matted Landscape Lithograph Print Wall Hanging Modern Art
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a large vintage lithograph landscape print of a watercolor done by artist, Ted Kautzky. Framed in a nice vintage wooden frame, and has matting bordering the print. Bears the artist's signature in the lower right-hand corner (see photos).
Measurements: Including the frame, approx. 36" wide x 30" tall. The visible artwork, excluding the matting and frame, measures approx. 21.75" tall x 27.75" wide.
Condition: Good condition. No rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The frame shows gentle signs of wear commensurate with age and handling - nothing distracting whatsoever, but being mentioned for accuracy (see photos). The brown paper lining on the reverse side is torn and tattered, and should be replaced, but doesn't affect anything if you just decide to leave it intact as we did. There is a wire hanging mechanism attached to the reverse side of the frame. Being sold "as-is" - if you have questions, we courage them prior to purchase - thank you!

Custom and personalized orders
We will gladly "reserve" or "hold" an item, but it will require a 25% non-refundable down payment. Balance due will be spread out over installment payments, one being due two weeks after the initial down-payment, and the final payment (which will include the listed shipping expenses) will be due two weeks after that.
