Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a very cool vintage table lamp. Circa '50s / '60s. The lamp appears to be made of metal, and it has a very nice solid weight to it. The black metal portion of the base has a very deco / rocket ship like vibe to it (see photos). We are uncertain as to the maker. No shade present - that'll be left up to the purchaser to provide.

Measurements: The lamp stands approx. 29.5" tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the harp) . The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. 21.25" high. The black and red decorative metal component measures approx. 14.5" tall. The round brass base measures approx. 6.25" in diameter.

Condition: Good condition. The lamp shows some scattered paint loss (see photos). The round brass base shows some signs of discoloration and tarnishing - nothing overly alarming (see photos). We have not attempted to clean or polish the base in an manner, so with a little elbow grease and tlc, you might be able to spiff it up a bit. The round base also looks slightly out-of-round on one side (again, see photo) - we think it can be finessed back into shape from the underside of the base - that's something that we'll leave up to the purchaser to handle. The electrical wiring is in good condition - no frays, splits, exposed wires, etc, and it looks to be original to the lamp. As with all vintage lighting, we always recommend having the wiring checked prior to long-term use.
