Vintage 1970s Black White Lithograph Print Modern Art Wall Hanging Quebec Clem

Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage lithograph print titled "La Chateau... Le Vieux Québec". Circa '70s. Artist: Clem. It is done in black and white, and appears to be on a nice stock paper. The frame is a thin edge chrome metal frame. It'll look great in a café, or perhaps in a modern interior kitchen!

Measurements: Including the thin edge metal frame, approx. 24.25" tall x 18.25" wide.

Condition: Good vintage condition. There is one thin small faint moisture mark along the bottom edge of the paper -it's barely noticeable, but we are mentioning it for accuracy (see photo included). It does not interfere with the display. Otherwise, it's in great shape - no rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The metal frame shows some light signs of wear that are consistent with age and handling - again nothing that we'd consider objectionable at all. There is a wire hanging mechanism attached to the reverse side of the frame for hanging or display purposes. It's ready to be enjoyed in a new home. Being sold "as-is", "as-described".
